Bill Gregson

Bio: I have been a full time resident of Port Mansfield Since August 2017. I am serving as an alternate Director on the board fulfilling a resigned position. Was president for Alamo Hy-Tech Foundation for 25 years in New Braunfels. I taught inspectors foundation repairs. Was also a board member for the New Braunfels little league. I recently received my captain's license and towing assist endorsement. I was the President for Pam Am golf club. I look forward to working with the community. Thank you for your vote!

Wayne Davis

Bio: Wayne Davis is the President/CEO of KWigglers, formerly Kelly Wigglers Lure Company. Is a fishing Charter Captain for Hook Down Charters. I look forward to serving the board and would appreciate your vote


Cindy Gregson

Bio: Serving her second year as an officer on the board and has lived in Port Mansfield since 2015. She previously lived in New Braunfels and was Office Manager and Secretary/Treasurer for Alamo Hytech Foundation, Inc for 25 years before moving to Port Mansfield.


Yolanda Arizola

Bio: My name is Yolanda Arizola. I was born in Beaumont, Texas but I was raised in the tiny map dot town of Big Foot, Texas. I retired in 2018 from a career in human resources of 25 plus years and moved to Port Mansfield to fulfill my lifelong dream of living near the water. I currently work part time as the office secretary for the Chamber of Commerce here in Port Mansfield as well as a part time position at Mansfield Marina.


Wayland Bowers

Bio: Hello my name is Wayland Bowers and I moved to Port Mansfield five years ago from Midlothian, Texas. I have been a contractor for over 30 years. A trait I learned from my father. I of course love the fishing and hunting but I also enjoy the sense of community we have. I want to help our town to preserve its integrity and hopefully I will be able to help Port Mansfield grow in a positive direction.


Michael Frazier

Bio: My name if Mike Frazier. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I grew up with the love for hunting and fishing. I have been fishing in Port Mansfield since the age of fourteen when my family purchased a home there in 1986. I moved to the Rio Grande Valley in 1997 when I accepted a job as Field Operations Manager for an oilfield service company. My wife Michelle and I enjoy spending every weekend here fishing.


Ruben Garza

Bio: I grew up in Edinburg, Texas and graduated from Edinburg High School. I attended Sam Houston State University and majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Child Physiology. I am a participating member of the Theta Chi Fraternity Alumni Association. I have been married to my lovely wife Sandra for over 20 years. For the last 10 years I have resided in Port Mansfield and both my sons have graduated from San Perlita ISD where I am currently a school board trustee. I own and operate Snookdude Charters which offers bay fishing, dove and duck hunting
